Career Opportunity and Primary Roles / Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an administrative assistant that would work with the Director of Administration to handle the following tasks and responsibilities:


  • Reception
  • Manage agendas and organize meetings
  • Editing legal documents, presentations, letters & emails; review and translate them as needed
  • Management, follow-up and update of files
  • Various research on legal or other matters
  • Coordinating and managing office insurance, travel, purchasing, shipping, ordering weekly lunches and other tasks as needed
  • Assisting with accounting, facilities management and some HR related tasks
  • Plan organization events, etc.
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and French (oral and written)

Required Competencies:

  • 7 years of related experience
  • Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
